People who want to practice business typically go to get
an undergraduate degree in business, and/or a masters
degree in business (aka the MBA).
People who want to study business from a more scientific
viewpoint typically do it in the economics department.
Certainly, "high-tech business" is a fairly common
research topic in economics today.
So depending on which you are interested in, you should do
more research either into a suitable MBA program or an
economics PhD program.
