situation is. Did you already get admitted, since it's
mid-March now? Do you have a commitment from the university
or from this professor?

Unless you are really sure about yourself, you should
do whatever is the most convenient for the professor.
Such as letting that person choose the time.

Answers to the above question would be good. Read your
resume and statement of purpose again, in case something
that you wrote there triggers a question.
